Your Impact Matters!
Your donation strengthens the mission of the Province of Saint Thomas of Villanova. Generous benefactors sustain the Augustinian way of life through support for the care of elderly and infirm friars and the education and training of future members of the Order. The Augustinian Fund also provides supports for the friars’ ministries in foreign missions in Japan and Peru and the Province’s Justice and Peace Initiatives.

CARE OF THE ELDERLY AND INFIRM FRIARS
"After teaching courses in Sacred Scripture for over four decades in Rome and in Washington, DC, I feel blest to be able to spend my final years at St. Thomas Monastery, where the spirit of St. Augustine is very much alive. What a delight to hear the stories of our heroic missionaries from Japan and Peru, and share experiences with my fellow Augustinians in a home that is a secure haven for both our physical and spiritual needs. Thank you so much for helping to make this possible."
Fr. Joseph Wimmer, O.S.A.
Retired, St. Thomas of Villanova Monastery

VOCATIONS AND
FORMATION
“Thanks to our donors, my classmates and I have been free to devote all our time and energy to the intense study, prayer, and self-examination it takes to make a confident and whole-hearted choice to follow the Augustinian way of life as a vowed religious. Given how important vocation is to a sense of identity and purpose, it’s safe to say that our donors give a gift of immeasurable value. 'Thank you' doesn’t feel like enough, but it’s a start."

AUGUSTINIAN
MISSIONS
“For over 50 years the province of St. Thomas of Villanova has been building up the spirit and dignity of the poor in Peru. By building up lay participation in church and society we try to instill a sense of dignity and self-worth in the people society has told are not worth anything. That is God's elevating grace, and we are called to be stewards of that grace.”
Fr. John Lydon, O.S.A.
Former president, the Catholic University of Trujillo, Peru
